Hi, I’m Kat
Owner/Instructor & E-RYT200
I just wanted to introduce myself real quick before you keep scrolling to find that perfect yoga class!
I received my 200hr through Green Lotus, Eagan MN in 2017. I have been running Align Yoga since 2018. I am Adult, Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED certified with the American Red Cross.
If I’m not at a class I’m at home with my cat reading with a cup of coffee, taking a nap, cooking, at a concert (live music just refills my cup) or off on some adventure! I have been teaching fitness for 6+ years, have over 10,000 hours of teaching, and I firmly believe that fitness is about feeling good, being good to yourself and having fun! I can't wait to move, laugh and hang out with you in class.

We partner with local businesses to bring you a wide variety of yoga classes and events! A portion of each ticket (unless a FREE class) goes right back to that business. We also offer free classes on our YouTube channel @alignyoga9467 as well as other free classes.
Styles offered: Yin, Yin & Flow, Slow Flow, Restorative, Vinyasa, Strength & Flow (yoga sculpt), and Meditation classes. Please note that every class is a different style and decided before that class day/time.

A Home Yoga Program
The goal of this program is to make yoga even easier and more accessible.
This program will give you all the tools you need to create a successful yoga practice at home after 20 days. From meditation, to breathwork to yoga flows, this program covers it all. As always this is geared for all levels and all are welcome.
There are 2 program options:
3 classes per week OR 5 classes per week.
