At Home Yoga Program
Welcome to your At Home Yoga Program! The goal of this program is to make yoga even easier and more accessible.
This program will give you all the tools you need to create a successful yoga practice at home after 20 days. From meditation, to breathwork to yoga flows, this program covers it all. As always this is geared for all levels and all are welcome. These classes may need props but I will walk you through options for props.

Program Includes:

Customized yoga classes with the theme of Morning, Afternoon or Nighttime.

2 program options: 3 classes/week or 5 classes/week.

You get to choose do you want 1, 2 or all 3 themes (prices are by how many themes you choose)

3 Free Mini Private sessions (20min) schedule through alignyogawi@gmail.com

One time 60min virtual session at half price $30 ( originally $60) to get instructor guidance through the flows. Code will be emailed after program purchase confirmation.
